I think that is for 2 reasons: 1) Inaccurate expectations. A few reviews posted express disappointment in the safari. She was able to answer all the questions from everyone on our tour (a group of 3 different parties including 7 adults and 3 children). The animals looked so healthy and content in their spacious surroundings and our safari guide, Denise, had in-depth knowledge of just about every animal and bird.
